1. What kind of pets do you cater to?

We carry products for dogs, cats, small animals (like rabbits, hamsters, and guinea pigs), birds, reptiles, and fish. If it has paws, feathers, fins, or scales — we've got something for them!


2. Do you sell live animals?

At the moment, we do not sell live animals. However, we partner with local shelters and rescues for adoption events. Follow us on social media or ask in-store for upcoming events!


3. Do you offer grooming or pet services?

Not yet — but it's in the works! We're exploring in-store grooming and self-wash stations. Stay tuned for updates!


4. Can I bring my pet into the store?

Absolutely! Well-behaved pets on leashes (or in carriers) are always welcome. We love meeting your furry (or not-so-furry) family members!


5. Do you offer local delivery or online ordering?

Yes! We offer local delivery within select areas and online ordering through our website. Same-day delivery and curbside pickup options are also available.


6. What’s your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right — just ask!


7. Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! Join our Smuggle Paw Perks program and earn rewards, discounts, and special offers just for shopping with us. Ask in-store or sign up online!
